Current vacancies
Case Manager
Camelot knows the importance of having small, highly-qualified teams for our clients. Our Case Managers are the heart of our programs. They work directly with our clients, as well as their families to ensure the safety of every child in our care.
They work in the home and in the community to coordinate services for our youth in care and their families. This includes working with community partners, court systems and schools to meet each child’s needs.
Interested candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, valid state driver’s license in good standing and appropriate automobile insurance (at least state minimum).
In addition the position requires:
- CERAP certification within 90 days of hire or time in position
- DCFS licensure within 90 days of hire or time in position
**Camelot will provide training and registration to obtain the above.
In Home Counselor
Camelot knows that a trauma informed therapeutic milieu is essential in the care of youth in foster placement. We pride ourselves on our integrated clinical care that is individualized and client driven. Our In Home Counselors provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and counseling through the use of proper therapeutic interventions. Working hand in hand with case managers, foster parents and other community providers, In Home Counselors provide comprehensive clinical services.
Interested candidates should have a Master’s degree in a Human Services field, valid state driver’s license in good standing and appropriate automobile insurance (at least state minimum).
Recruitment and Licensing Specialist
We could not do our work without the support and dedication of our foster parents. Our Recruitment and Licensing Specialists are liaisons to current foster parents and develop and implement marketing strategies for recruitment of new foster parents to help us serve more children and adolescents in need. Recruitment and Licensing Specialists coordinate current foster parent licensing requirements and new foster parent orientation and training. Working with the team, Recruitment and Licensing Specialists provide information to ensure that foster home matches can be successful.
Interested candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, valid state driver’s license in good standing and appropriate automobile insurance (at least state minimum).
In addition the position requires:
- CWEL certification within 90 days of hire or time in position
- CCA, 402 within 90 days of hire or time in position

Therapeutic Mentor
At Camelot we understand that all youth have individual needs that go beyond a traditional therapeutic approach. The Mentoring Program strives to connect high-risk youth with Therapeutic Mentors who will work with our youth in the community to support and encourage life skill development. Working under the treatment plan developed by one of our In Home Counselors, our Therapeutic Mentors help youth develop coping skills in order to navigate some of their most challenging life circumstances.
Interested candidates should have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), valid state driver’s license in good standing, reliable vehicle and appropriate automobile insurance.
Case Aide
Case Aides work directly with our clients and are an integral part of the treatment team. They work in the community and assist the team with meeting client needs, including transportation and supervision of parent-child and sibling visits.
